'Chups Glazed Roasted Brussels Sprouts
- 1 lb brussels sprouts, stems removed, halved
- 3 tbsp any flavor 'Chups
- 2 tbsp EVOO
- salt & pepper
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a bowl, toss the brussels sprouts with olive oil, 'Chups, salt and pepper.
- Spread evenly in a pan. Cook for 40 minutes, moving the sprouts around a couple times for even roasting.
