Country Ham Buscuits
Ingredients
- 4 all-purpose biscuits (we used the NYT recipe, but Pillsbury works too. Or, if you are in DC, you can get some delicious frozen Mason Dixie biscuits through Relay Foods)
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 pound country ham
- 1/2 cups pimento cheese
- Cherry 'Chups
Directions
1. Bake and halve biscuits.
2. Assemble ham, egg, and pimento cheese on one side of biscuit. On the other side, spread liberally with 'Chups.
