Country Ham Buscuits


  • 4 all-purpose biscuits (we used the NYT recipe, but Pillsbury works too. Or, if you are in DC, you can get some delicious frozen Mason Dixie biscuits through Relay Foods)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 pound country ham
  • 1/2 cups pimento cheese
  • Cherry 'Chups


1. Bake and halve biscuits.

2. Assemble ham, egg, and pimento cheese on one side of biscuit. On the other side, spread liberally with 'Chups.
