Grilled Chicken Wings with Cherry 'Chups Wing Sauce


  • 2 packs of chicken wings cut into sections (24 total)
  • 1/2 cup Cherry 'Chups
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 Tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp sriracha
  • salt and pepper


  1. Rinse wing pieces in cold water and pat dry thoroughly with paper towels
  2. Place wings on paper towels on a baking pan and refrigerate, uncovered, for 30 min to 1 hr
  3. Combine 'Chups, honey, vinegar, and sriracha in a bowl and set aside
  4. Preheat grill to 300 degrees (medium-low setting)
  5. Season wings with salt and pepper and place on grill skin side up over indirect heat, if possible
  6. Grill approximately 1 hour until wings have browned and skin is crispy
  7. Remove wings to a large bowl and drizzle 1/3 of the wing sauce over top, tossing wings to coat evenly
  8. Place wings back on grill for 10 minutes
  9. Repeat steps 7 and 8
  10. Remove wings from grill and toss with remaining 1/3 of the wing sauce before serving
